Newborn

Those first days and weeks of welcoming your baby into the world can go by in a bit of a blur, so a newborn shoot is the perfect way to remember just how tiny they were. Adjusting to life with your new little one can be overwhelming and often a newborn shoot is one of the first times you venture out together. This is why your newborn shoot will be completely relaxed and baby led. You will be welcomed into my studio where you can make yourself comfortable while I capture your little one and all their tiny details in an authentic and timeless way. No fancy props or un-natural poses, just cuddles, cosy blankets and your perfect little baby.

More about my newborn shoots

My newborn shoots are recommended for newborns up to 4 weeks, however I am happy to photograph babies older than this as each shoot is adapted to your baby.

The shoot includes a mixture of photos of baby on their own as well as with parents and siblings. Dogs are also welcome.

The majority of my newborn shoots take place at my studio LS22 4EB, however I do also offer at home lifestyle newborn shoots if you would rather I came to you.

The shoot can last up to 3 hours to allow plenty of time to feed and settle baby.

You get 10 edited digital photos included with the shoot and will have a private online gallery of 70+ photos to choose from.

Once you have viewed your gallery you have the option to upgrade to extra digitals or print products.

I recommend booking your newborn shoot any time after your 20 week scan. We pencil in a date around 7-10 days after your due date, but this is always left flexible. You would just get in touch once your little one arrives and we can either confirm or change the date if needed.

I always do my best to fit in last minute bookings but this isn't always possible. I only take on a limited number of newborns per month in order to make sure I have the availability to move shoots around as and when needed.

Secure a space in my dairy with a £100 deposit.
